Description:
AS A CYP LEAD NURSE, YOU WILL:
Lead and champion patient safety in the department, seeking out potential issues and encouraging staff to call out and report safety concerns
Partner and collaborate with other specialist clinicians and clinical leaders within the organisation to develop and implement protocols and pathways which create seamless patient care
Implement all policies and procedures, role modelling clinical excellence and driving consistency, comprehension and compliance
Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring
Champion infection prevention throughout the department, ensuring compliance with evidence-based standards and best practices in surveillance and antimicrobial management
Contribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training
