People Services is about providing the brilliant basic for our colleagues at TESCO throughout their entire career, from hire to retire. Our mission is to deliver over 40.000 TESCO employees legally compliant, accurate and timely contracts, work related HR administration, salary calculations and payments. We achieve this through building our knowledge base for labour law, tax regulations, data processing technology and employment processes at TESCO. - Ensure all administrative tasks connected with the People lifecycle are completed in line with legislation and internal guidelines.
- Liaise with various teams to ensure payroll activities are completed on time and payments are paid on time.
- Create and deliver critical and complex process reports to Business and third parties.
- Train and mentor new joiners in the team on process specifications.
- Complete process validation according to the scheduled timelines, ensure any issues are fixed and then report output to Lead and Manager

YOU WILL BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Intermediate English knowledge
- Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
- Minimum required – High school education
- Core HR and Payroll system experience
- MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) – Intermediate
- Willingness to relocate to Hungary
