Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY:
- Implement the strategy for how to increase the operational resilience across D&A Content Operations Risk functions in preparation for DORA and the demands to strengthen data durability.
- Learn from our partner relationships facilitating the delivery of strategic objectives such as BCP and BIA requirements into D&A CO.
- Ensure that a portfolio of business and organisational resiliency requirements to translate into tangible specifications for action across D&A CO and in conjunction with relevant partners.
- Work in the ecosystem by collaborating with internal and external groups such as Group Audit, Technology advisory boards, Architectural design panels and Regulators to create strategy around effective resilient processes in an operational environment.
- Assess and report on the strength of the core operational function for D&A CO.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Working with D&A CO Operations teams, Group Risk, the wider D&A CO Operational Resiliency group to ensure that all impacting aspects are considered in improving the overall resilience of D&A CO.
- Implementing the resiliency team objectives to embed operational resilience as an integral trait of the day to day group functions and design across D&A CO
- Review the insight, audit the findings and improve the processes associated with major client incidents, post incident reviews in conjunction with the D&A CO Risk teams to ensure that the team removes opportunities for instability in our data offering.
- Constructing the assessment and reporting of D&A CO resilience towards a mature status.
