Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- The D2A service provides short-term, high-quality support to individuals who are well enough not to need an acute hospital bed but do need some extra support in their home.
- You will be required to assess customers’ needs to identify areas where support is needed to promote independent living and provide person-centred care.
- Motivating customers and building their confidence so they can achieve the goals they have set and return to independent living.
- You will be supporting customers with tasks around the home and with personal care such as personal hygiene, toileting, and dressing.
- Shifts will be a mixture of early and late shifts between 7 am and 10 pm and alternate weekends.
- A £500 welcome bonus
