YOUR ROLE:

In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their specific business processes and requirements. Using your deep knowledge of D365 CE, you will design, configure, and implement solutions that optimize the customer journey and enable companies to achieve their goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and analyze their needs regarding customer relationship management.
• Design and implement D365 CE solutions tailored to meet client objectives, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.
• Conduct functional demonstrations of D365 CE components, showcasing best practices and effective usage.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of the system and driving maximum value.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that system integrations and customizations meet client needs and are delivered on time.
• Document all configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features, enhancements, and industry trends.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, supporting the sales team in demonstrating product functionality to prospective clients.
