Key Responsibilities Include:

• D365 application support, including continual enhancements, scheduled updates & maintenance.
• Contribute as a senior member of the team, setting Auckland Transport’s Application Strategy.
• Understand the application roadmaps and integrations while ensuring application updates are delivered in an agile way.
• Upskilling and mentoring fellow colleagues, to build and enhance our talent.
• Providing technical support to facilitate the design, integration, implementation and ongoing operation of legacy and cloud services, including migration of services to the cloud.
• Ensuring customer facing application services are highly available, robust and reliable through monitoring, alerting and self-healing capabilities
