    About the role
    Reporting to the Technology Operations Manager, as the D365 and Power Platform Systems Engineer you will manage the daily operations of all Power Platform products and D365 instances, ensuring optimal performance and reliability through configuration, security, and maintenance.
    You will drive the efficient design, implementation, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem, empowering both technical and non-technical teams through seamless operations, robust security, and user-friendly automation.
    Additionally, you will serve as a technical expert, providing support and expertise to platform owners and stakeholders, while also mentoring and guiding fellow engineers to elevate the organization’s technological capabilities, delivering measurable improvements in productivity and user satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure platform stability and performance
  • Implement and enforce platform governance.
  • Support project activities and BAU operations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other tech teams for knowledge sharing.

About you

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven experience with 3+ years as a D365 and Power Platform administrator in a complex environment.
  • Proven Experience in implementing large scale D365 and power platform projects
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform architecture, governance, and security best practices
  • Ability to support both business-as-usual (BAU) and project activities
  • Experience in designing and implementing Power Platform solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate nature, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
