Description:
SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Supply Chain Functional Analyst is to bridge the gap between functional business requirements and the implementation of D365 ERP for supply chain processes. The Supply Chain Functional Analyst will work with the business to implement strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and deployment of changes to business processes, systems, roles and responsibilities in the supply chain area. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Required skills/competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in ERP Operations processes
- Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Operations experience
- Implementation of AX/365 for Operations or have thorough experience as an end user.
- Experience in a global distribution business is highly valued.
- Proven involvement in system and business process transformational projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
Preferred education/experience:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical studies.
- Dynamics D365 F&O certifications
- Experience working in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities:
- Review supply chain processes and assist with recommending solutions, best practices, and approaches within D365 Supply Chain.
- Advocate the Azelis best practice supply chain processes.
- Author design documentation and assess functional feasibility of the proposed solution.
- Participate and document design sessions to ensure business process requirements are met and configured within the system.
- Assist with recommending solutions using third-party applications.
- Perform supply chain configuration, testing, training and deployment of the system.
- Develop functional scenario-based test scripts.
- Manage supply chain system testing - Track and report issues.
- Help develop and deliver business training and materials on Azelis D365 ERP for supply chain.
- Provide functional support.
