Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, support and evaluate daily operations
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- assist in conducting performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- assist in organizing and maintaining inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- assist in recruitment, training and supervising staff
- Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-op’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.
- Lead a culture of safety through the adherence to company standards for health & safety, loss prevention and environmental due diligence.
