Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, support and evaluate daily operations
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • assist in conducting performance reviews
  • Cost products and services
  • assist in organizing and maintaining inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • assist in recruitment, training and supervising staff
  • Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-op’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.
  • Lead a culture of safety through the adherence to company standards for health & safety, loss prevention and environmental due diligence.
