ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • experience with Adobe Experience Manager – Assets and Workfront
  • experience in digital marketing/social media, building content (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • strong knowledge of: DAM systems, metadata standards, and rights management
  • strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work proactively and autonomously
  • excellent communication skills in English, with experience in international environmental and markets
  • strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

As a Digital Asset Manager you will manage and support the DAM system, helping users upload, search, and retrieve assets while maintaining metadata standards. In this role, management and organizational skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for ensuring assets meet strict industry standards and curated properly for further adaptation and usage. You will utilize your expertise in Adobe tools and Adobe Experience Manager, to store and organize digital assets. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily asset management, managing metadata tagging and folder structures, and ensuring creative assets are visually and functionally aligned with business goals. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering reports, managing dashboards, and overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accurate tracking and performance analysis. You will act as the primary contact for internal and external DAM users, troubleshoot functional issues, provide guidance, and support creative workflows. Additionally, you will handle reporting, archive expired assets, and perform regular audits to keep the asset library up to date and efficient.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • manage and onboard assets into the DAM system and ensure compliance with applicable requirements
  • serve as the primary point of contact for user support and training on the digital asset system
  • collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate file naming conventions and taxonomies
  • conduct regular asset audits, archive expired assets, and generate DAM usage reports
  • support internal and external users with asset discovery, retrieval, and troubleshooting
  • strong technical skills to ensure effective management and use of digital resources, supporting innovation in distribution of creative assets
