As a property and casualty insurance broker in the sales department, you will work in a comfortable call center environment. You understand the importance of being a client’s first point of contact when needed. You pride yourself on knowing how and when to provide help, solutions, and sales to deliver an incredible experience and even change someone’s day.

You like to offer excellent customer service and make new sales (with the generous commissions that come with them!)
You have ease in expressing yourself and communicating

A sense of solution, assistance, escalation and upselling
Proceed with modifications, pricing, loyalty and solicitation during inbound calls;
Shop for quotes from our different insurers.
Who are you
You have an AMF certificate (mandatory)
Energetic and compassionate, you have a sense of communication and know how to put people at ease
You have a reliable Internet connection at home to ensure that your voice is heard
Bilingualism (French/English) an asset but not mandatory
You have computer skills to navigate multiple software programs, all on 2 screens
You learn quickly and demonstrate good organization
