WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Demand Planning Team on a 12-month contract ending August 29th, 2025. This position will be based out of our Head Office located in Liberty Village and allows for a hybrid working schedule of 2-days a week in office and 3-days a week work from home.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • University/College degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint), with proficiency with Power BI as a strong asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and influence using data-driven insights to multiple levels of management with appropriate level of detail
  • Effective collaboration skills to building strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders to align on common goal
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team in a fast-pace, dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough end to end understanding of Supply Chain Operations process flow, from Demand Planning, to Distribution Planning, Customer Ordering, Distribution Centre operation and Inventory control, by interacting with key stakeholders and access to data that is critical to measuring operational success
  • Focus on Demand Planning processes, supporting the team with analysis of Sales History to identify and explain trends, in order to feed into future forecasting insights.
  • Compile large amounts of data to enable rapid analysis through pivot tables, graphing and statistical forecasting
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support the monthly forecasting cycle by reviewing sales & shipment trends, seasonality, promotions, expansion, new product launch, cannibalization, and delists
  • Perform other duties as assigned
