Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are recruiting for a Data Analyst to join the team on a 6-month contract. You’ll drive key data initiatives across the business by collaborating with our commercial, operations, and product teams to deliver actionable insights. Shaping business decisions and solving complex problems through data, you’ll leverage your commercial acumen and strong analytical skills to provide a clear, data-informed picture of our business operations.
This is a multi-faceted role where you will gather, organise, and analyse data while ensuring it’s accessible to teams across the business. You’ll own our reporting stack, including our BI service and DBT pipeline, and support teams in making data-driven decisions that align with both departmental goals and broader business objectives.
You’ll also identify and lead strategic initiatives to enhance our data capabilities to better serve the business and support our continued growth.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Lead high-impact key data projects that deliver actionable insights to drive business growth and help solve complex problems across the organisation
- Own and manage the company’s BI service, ensuring data availability and clear sources of truth.
- Maintain and improve our DBT pipeline, ensuring efficient data ETL, modelling, and integration from multiple sources.
- Provide clear and compelling data visualisations to represent business and team goals.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to analyse sales pipelines, growth drivers, and business opportunities.
- Partner with the Product team to assess the impact of new launches and identify growth levers through data insights.
- Work closely with Finance to optimise revenue reporting and billing processes.
- Support teams with self-service reporting, ensuring tools and data processes scale with the company.
- Deliver engaging and concise reports to senior leadership, presenting valuable insights.
