Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
To build and maintain high quality, accurate and meaningful business intelligence through our Tableau platform, both internally and externally, ensuring reporting criteria remain consistent. Continuously enhance our business intelligence utilising ever evolving technologies. Work to improve our approach to data collection, analysis and reporting. Analyse and validate data contained within our system, identifying route cause analysis in order to propose preventative measures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tableau Specialist – to develop and improve the Tableau Customer and Management Information across all of AGL
- Respond to assigned Halo support tickets within agreed SLA’s
- Assist in developing a Data Warehouse platform to offer enhanced performance, accuracy and consistency across all reporting
- Develop flows in Power Automate to facilitate regular data extracts via email of FTP, look to standardise the structure and process of existing flows to move to using embedded views
- Manage the Fleet List upload process and assist with automating this process as much as possible
- Utilise Excel and other software to develop insightful management information, providing to stakeholders & clients within agreed timeframes, highlighting key messages and trends.
- Produce Daily KPI/Bonus Reports for Sopp & Sopp, Cover MRN when needed.
- Assist with the review of existing Tableau Dashboards to identify data inaccuracies, correct, feedback and look improvements as specified by operational stakeholders
- Provide clients and operational teams with ad-hoc reports upon request, analyse data, presenting it to management teams to assist informed decision making
