ABOUT THE EMPLOYER:

Our client is an e-commerce platform.
They are looking for an experienced person for the position of Data/Product Analyst, who will play a key role in shaping Ads products.

REQUIREMENTS:

• proficiency in using SQL and a foundational understanding of Python,
• min. 3 years of experience in a Product Analyst role or a similar capacity,
• basic knowledge about advertising business and technology (interested in ads algorithms/recommendations systems will be an advantage),
• ability to independently formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses,
• know how transform data into knowledge, draw conclusions and present recommendations,
• statistical knowledge to conduct A/B tests,
• experience in selecting appropriate data visualization techniques; (familiarity with Tableau/Data Studio is a bonus),
• collaboration skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective communication with various stakeholders,
• experience in processing and analyzing large data sets,
• care about the reusability of the code,
• English (B2+).

• cooperate with Product Managers, development teams, UX Designers and UX Researchers in the development of Ads products on the platform,
• looking for new solutions, indicating new directions for the development of ads products and optimization based on analyzes and product intuition,
• influence the shape of ads products through various analyzes and recommending changes to improve the experience of client’s customers,
• support the design and conduct of A/B tests with your statistical knowledge, often providing input in the form of variants of changes
• drawing conclusions from A/B tests and recommending options for implementation.
