We are seeking an energetic Data Analyst to join our team and help us achieve big things!
The Data Analyst position is an integral part of the team, supporting all levels of the organization and multiple departments by driving data-driven decision-making through timely and accurate analysis of sales information. The Data Analyst will support the business by analyzing data gathered from various systems across the organization. The Data Analyst may be responsible for updating databases, ensuring data is accurate and timely, migrating data, creating and delivering reports, and any other data management tasks as assigned. . The Data Analyst reports to the Controller.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s degree OR comparable work experience
- 1 year of Data Analysis experience
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and managing data with a Business Intelligence system
- Working knowledge of data mining techniques
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with databases like Tableau, SQL, Workday or Access
- Par Data Central or Par Brink experience
- Restaurant and/or franchise industry experience

Responsibilities:

- Gathers and analyzes data to produce dashboards, metrics, or insights and identify trends.
- Use standard or ad hoc queries or reports to extract data.
- Operates as the Subject Matter Expert for any of the organization’s data-gathering systems, including but not limited to Par Data Central Business Intelligence and Par Brink.
- Manage data analysis requests from different business areas, consistently providing accurate and timely information.
- Consult and collaborate with teams to identify all needed data points and sources, and level of data validation required.
- Periodically audit and validate data sources and ensure consistency of “single-source of truth”.
- Create and manage procedures for storing data and reports.
