REQUIREMENTS:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Business Analysis.
- Extensive experience in commercial analysis with strong business acumen and data sensitivity, capable of developing comprehensive data analysis strategies and solutions, and driving their implementation to achieve results.
- Proficient in AWS cloud services and SQL, capable of extracting key results from large datasets, with strong data analysis skills and extensive experience in commercial data analysis and modeling.
- Excellent logical thinking and rapid learning abilities, capable of quickly acquiring and adapting to new domain knowledge, adept at deconstructing complex problems and applying analytical methods to solve them in a work setting.
- Self-driven with strong teamwork spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills, and ability to communicate and drive projects across functions and departments.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly understand business needs and translate them into data, develop and optimize logistics data dashboards and data analysis systems, support data-driven operations, and enhance business decision-making efficiency.
- Develop diverse data analysis methodologies and produce analytical reports during regular operations and peak periods, deeply analyze and identify business issues, opportunities, and breakthroughs, and collaborate on horizontal optimization.
- Collaborate with data product and algorithm teams to build multi-dimensional analysis, offline modeling, and visualization tools to uncover opportunities, identify risks, provide predictive warnings, and evaluate ROI, thereby enhancing data application value.
- Utilize industry, business, operational, and experiential perspectives to proactively discover opportunities through business insights, data analysis, and data modeling, formulate methodologies, and propose solutions and implementation plans.
