QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of practical experience in data analysis and statistical modeling techniques
- Experienced with Google BigQuery
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL and other data
- Excellent knowledge of data science methodologies for data analysis, understanding of data types, themes, scientific challenges, and approaches, including statistical analytics
- Proficiency in using data sources and applications for research purposes
- Experience in cryptocurrencies, particularly with Cosmos, is highly advantageous
- English B2+
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Data Analyst you will work with on-chain and off-chain data to create report, spreadsheets and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making, facilitate operations and improve the community’s visibility on the network and its ecosystem’s tractions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating queries and dashboards to facilitate the monitoring of validator block and oracle signing performance, as well as tool to easily export the list of validators and their relevant metrics.
- Custom on-chain metrics dashboards to be used internally as OKR/KPIs monitoring tools, potentially with automated reporting mechanisms.
- Dashboards analyzing the distribution of liquidity and incentives on the network over time and the effectiveness of said incentives, ideally automating recommendations based on a provided framework.
- Community oriented dashboards providing tokenomic and network health information including native token burn, network revenue and more at a glance
- Orderbook liquidity, volume and user trends dashboards
- Protocol-owned-liquidity monitoring and dashboards to track the utility, risk and value of POL initiatives over time
- Collaborate with technical team to refine and optimize the presentation of data on dashboards, enhancing user experience and data accessibility
