Our technology powers a highly adaptive e-learning platform that offers an unprecedented variety of specialized English courses and proficiency tests for career development in over one hundred fields like Sales, Finance, Logistics, Medicine, and Law. What this role is about
We are looking for a proactive Data Analyst to lead the data-driven side of our Product and Customer Success strategies in Colombia. You’ll leverage your expertise in data analysis and database management to improve customer retention, enhance the learning experience, and refine internal processes. Your insights will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to shaping our Product-Led Growth strategy.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Undergraduate studies in Engineering, Physics, Math, or other related fields.
• 1+ years of experience with databases, business consulting, strategy, data analysis, market research, or other related fields (internship experience is valid).
• High proficiency in Excel/ Sheets.
• Coding proficiency in any language.
• Data-driven mindset, hands-on attitude, and proven background as a problem solver.
• Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2) level of English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Attention to detail, extremely well-organized and analytical.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.
