PATH is seeking candidates passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our Program Data Support team as the Data Analyst, C3V program at the PATH San Diego office.

WHAT YOU BRING

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three (3) years of paid experience gathering and analyzing data in a social/human services field.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • One (1) year of paid experience gathering and analyzing data in a social/human services field.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Regardless of qualifications, candidates must:

  • Have employment eligibility verification
  • Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
  • Successfully complete the following as a condition of hire:

  • Drug Test

Responsibilities:

The Program Data Coordinator works in conjunction with the Data Manager and program leadership to support the data needs of the Coordinated Entry System (CES). The Program Data Coordinator aggregates and tracks program performance in collaboration with other team members and PATH’s Quality Assurance Department and works with the Data Manager to assist with contract compliance, records management, and program invoicing. Position Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and monitor data systems.
  • Help develop and implement training programs aimed at developing partner capacity as it relates to the Coordinated Entry System.
  • Track outcomes and monitor progress against established goals.
  • Analyze programmatic data to determine strengths and gaps.
  • Complete reports for timely submission as required by funder

Driving is an essential function of this position. To meet the employment requirements for this role, all candidates must:

  • Have reliable transportation
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
  • The ability to qualify for PATH’s insurance coverag
