QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience with program evaluation and performance measurement is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including program evaluations, client records, and external databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to program effectiveness and client outcomes.
- Develop and apply statistical models to measure the impact of interventions and programs.
- Create and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders, including program managers and executive leadership.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of program evaluation methodologies to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of services.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and evaluating the impact of changes.
- Work closely with program staff, researchers, and external partners to ensure alignment between data analysis and program goals.
- Provide training and support to staff on data-related tools and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy laws and ethical standards in handling sensitive client information.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and nonprofit management
- Be an exceptional communicator with strong organization and critical-thinking skills, having attention to detail when needed and having the ability to see and translate the big picture.
