YOU INSPIRE US - YOUR PROFILE
- University Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics or similar
- At least 3 years of experience with data analytics
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of SQL. Experience with Databricks or dbt is a plus
- Experience with building dashboards in Power BI or other BI & Visualisation tool
- Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus
- Experience with retail industry is a plus
- Great communication skills and fluent English. German is a plus.
- Highly structured way of thinking and attention to details
- Ability to articulate complex data and analytics content to non-technical audience
- Inherent curiosity to understand the processes and the underlying reasons behind them, seeking to uncover insights and asking probing questions
- Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery on commitments

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sales team to understand their needs for data and analytics and design solutions addressing those needs.
- Design and implement KPIs and metrics to measure business performance of sales.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards ensuring transparency on business performance in the sales area.
- Ensure data quality by setting up monitoring, performing regular data quality checks and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide digestible and actionable insights to inform decisions in the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Data Platform team to shape the central Data Platform according to the needs of sales analytics.
- Provide training and support to sales organization on data tools and techniques to enhance their data literacy.
