Cheil is inviting candidates to join our growing Digital Solutions Division. Reporting to the Digital Account Director. We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing the performance of Samsung.com, one of our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with expertise in Adobe Analytics and a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience and Tools: At least 2-3 year of experience with Adobe Analytics and/or other web/app analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target.
  • Data Analysis: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment, and strong analytical skills with the ability to generate information and derive key insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Experience in Adobe Analytics projects, digital marketing concept & strategies
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Adobe Analytics to track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics for Website and Application, including but not limited to traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Use additional analytics tool like GA4 or Appsflyer to track the specific performance of Application
  • Conduct an analytics tagging audit by using the relevant debugging solution to validate if all events and visits are properly tracked by Adobe Analytics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and the client.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization, with a focus on improving user experience, conversion rates, and overall site performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, web development, and client services to implement data-driven solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Automate a manual analytics process by using the advanced excel formula, and programming languages like Python and SQL if possible
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web analytics and digital marketing to inform strategic recommendations and enhance performance
