Description:

Clinical Partners, a leading provider of mental health services, is seeking a Data Analyst to support the organisation’s mission of transforming mental healthcare through data-driven insights.
The Data Analyst will work closely with clinical and operational teams to analyse data related to patient care, clinical outcomes, and business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with healthcare data, and a passion for leveraging data to enhance patient outcomes and optimise operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Proven experience in working with large datasets, conducting complex data analysis, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Proficiency in SQL/SOQL for querying databases and manipulating datasets.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on key operational metrics across business functions (e.g., patient wait times, clinician availability and utilization etc.).
  • Provide insights into data and trends to drive improvements in service delivery and business processes.
  • Design, implement, and refine real-time reporting dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Own the process of managing waitlists to ensure patients are seen quickly and fairly, and that our capacity aligns with patient needs.
  • Own the reporting of key metrics through the patient journey, from waitlist, triage, assessment, feedback, report and titration.
  • Analyze team performance across the operations function (contact centre, booking, admin etc) to ensure we are servicing patient needs effectively and are able to scale and improve our services effectively
  • Work closely with other departments (such as tech, marketing and business development) to bring together the elements of the patient journey using data and drive improvements
  • Support ad hoc data analysis for business strategy and decision-making.
