Description:
The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
The Data Analyst is part of a team of people who provide analytic and evaluation support to the organization. This position acts as a user resource to bridge the gap between data and operational processes. The Data Analyst responsibilities include synthesizing complex or diverse information from multiple sources, conducting quantitative analyses, providing feedback regarding outcomes to program staff and funders, working with management and program teams to utilize data for quality improvement activities, and communicating complicated information to key stakeholders. The Data Analyst will adhere to all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations pertaining to the use of protected health information.
QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data/Information Science, Computer Science or Healthcare Informatics preferred, equivalent experience or AHIMA Data Analyst Certification (CHDA) may substitute.
- Experience with data/statistical analysis.
- Experience in database administration and reporting including Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Report Builder, and Power BI.
