    We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our Enterprise Transformation Programme and other key initiatives by delivering crucial, data-driven insights that drive decision-making and process optimisation.

As Data Analyst your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Creating dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to senior leaders and the transformation team.
  • Translating complex data into actionable insights to support decision-making at all levels.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Data and Insights to align analytics efforts with the overall data strategy.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely, relevant insights.

The successful Data Analyst will have

  • 3+ years of data analysis experience, with a strong focus on large-scale business environments.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data visualisation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices.

Responsibilities:
