Job Description

• Monitor daily all Network Supply Chain BI Reports and provide maintenance and support by working closely with Platform Engineering & Operations, Control-M, Denodo and SAP teams to identify and resolve data issues.
• Perform enhancements as needed and implement additional requirements from business product owners.
• Ensure SOX compliance by completing items such as
• rotate service accounts password and upload evidence into CyberArk vault for the LA.09 and SOX related controls
• perform walkthrough and reviews with FCG and PWC (external auditors)
• keep up to date the CM.01.NWSC_Reporting - Change Management Process Narrative document
• Work closely with business users, Digital Layer support, SAP and Tellworks / Miles teams to identify and resolve transactions causing daily variances.
• Assist and provide support during deployments of code changes from the Dev environment.
• Data Cleaning and Preparation: this involves filtering the data, handling missing values, and preparing the dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Planning for and allocating the database system’s physical requirements, such as memory, disk space, network requirements, etc.
• Reporting: Data analysts prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can influence policy and decision-making processes.
• Creating users’ profiles and ensuring system security by careful allocation of user permissions.
• Monitoring technical support for both database systems and related Power BI applications.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and screenshot from database for documentation.
• Monitoring and optimizing the database’s PBI reports; performance using either manual or automated tools.
• Gather data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the upkeep of databases and data systems.
• Work with Server Admins and Database Admins to resolve security vulnerabilities.
• SOX controls management.
