SKILLS/EXPECTATIONS:
- Work closely with leadership to maintain and improve core processes to resolve and prevent ad hoc or repeated issues to ensure overall data quality
- Ability to identify and fix variances in expected data inputs
- Write queries using SQL to extract and validate data to achieve desired results.
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and present findings
- Experience supporting Operations, Commissions, and/or with Marketing & Sales groups
- Manage competing deadlines as well as variances in schedules and resources
- Contribute both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies; Scrum, Agile, Kanban
- Look for opportunities for automation using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Power Query
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of SQL experience to create SQL queries for data analysis
- 2+ years of Data Analysis & Data validation
- Strong Excel experience (pivot tables, look-ups, advanced formulas, regressions, etc.)
- Understanding of business intelligence software like Web Intelligence, Business Objects, Power BI, or Tableau
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Finance, Economics, Statistical Analysis)
