Onmo is the UK’s newest credit card provider, delivering fair, flexible, and easy-to-use financial products. As we grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst for a short-term contract to provide clarity and structure to our data processes and calculations related to credit card mechanics.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a passionate and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This is a role for a person who loves data and credit systems, with a curiosity to deeply understand how to interpret data and applies due care and consideration in creating structured and documented processes.
This role focuses on collecting, cleaning, analysing, documenting, and explaining the intricate mechanics of credit cards, from minimum payment calculations to arrears management. Your work will ensure that complex processes are accurately represented, well-documented, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Credit Card Mechanics Documentation

• Develop clear, structured documentation explaining credit card processes such as:
• Minimum payment due calculations.
• Statement generation timelines and triggers.
• Due dates and their relationship to payment schedules.
• Arrears calculations and tracking.
• Create examples and use cases to simplify complex calculations for diverse audiences.
