Description:
We have the ability to hire at the Associate or Mid-level for this position. In this role, you’ll work a hybrid schedule of 3 days on site at our corporate offices in Mason, Michigan, and up to 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain Data Excellence: Uphold our enterprise data standards to ensure top-notch data quality
- Analyze & Model Data: Dive deep into data analysis, profiling, modeling, and mapping
- Improve Processes: Identify and resolve data quality issues with innovative solutions
- Collaborate: Work closely with Data Stewards and IT to govern data and create metadata profiles
- Develop Metrics: Assist in crafting data metrics to surpass quality benchmarks
- Lead & Mentor: Provide guidance to junior analysts and contribute to their growth
