Description:

Basic Purpose
To develop automated solutions enabling data automation and facilitating data analytics to generate actionable insights. Maintain dashboards and reports to stay current with franchises monthly KPIs and other relevant metrics. To identify data inaccuracies, align data mappings and proactively provide innovative solutions to enhance data automation.
Accountabilities
Develop dashboards, with input from franchise/other stakeholders, to ensure business needs are covered, incorporating analytics to facilitate the proper interpretation of customer and market level data.
Develop comprehensive process for UAT to identify any business requirement gaps to ensure go-live analytics solution is fit for purpose
Complete the stock forecasting cycle needs, on a monthly basis, liaising with Business Insight Partners to complete insight led stock forecasts with timely and accurate delivery of reviewed forecasts to the demand planning team.
Utilise best practice on reporting concepts, automation and data visualisation and ensure documentation is maintained up to date.
Work in conjunction with EUCAN analytics team to ensure data required for local dashboards ingestion process flows seamlessly
Ensure that all activities comply with relevant legal requirements, ethical standards, ABPI (PMPCA) and IPHA regulations and BI and Alliance Company policies

Requirements

  • Strong data analysis and general analytic skills in support of business programs.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong project management skills

  • Ability to handle big data

  • Strong experience using NHS data and IQVIA data.
  • Strong knowledge in pharma environment and matrix.
  • Ability to convey complex information in business terms; interpret actionable insights
  • Able to manage timelines and complexity effectively.
  • Data and analytic systems and tools strong heavy user (Tableau, SQL, Excel, Access, Adobe Analytics, SAS, R, Python, PowerBI or similar)
  • Technical expertise regarding data models
  • Coding knowledge to complement data management (XML, R, Phyton, Javascript…)
  • Empathetic, proactive and dynamic
  • Proactive and able to reach out across functions for new ideas or to help solve problems
  • Business acumen with a hybrid mindset to be able to work with IT teams
  • High level of commitment with BI values.
  • Influence skills and credibility strong impact. Demonstrating ability to build solid argumentations and convictions

  • Digital skills - Understanding Omnichannel Environment, Medium knowledge in digital channels as websites and email and A/B or Multivariant testing
