Responsibilities:
At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. We’re recruiting a Data Analyst, to join our Assurance Team in our Routewide section of works.
This role will be based from our office in Milton Keynes. Ad-Hoc travel across our sections and sites will be required. As our sites are remote from towns and villages, we do ask that you hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle to be able to get to the locations.
As a Data Analyst you will support the central SH&W (Safety, Health, and Wellbeing) Team, Assurance and Compliance Team and Environment Team through production of dashboards and reports, providing data insights and management information. You will provide data, analysis and reports that meet EKFB Board, EKFB Senior Management and Parent Company requirements
You will be required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders of varying levels, managing their expectations in terms of delivery of appropriate and accurate information. Presenting results of data analysis and management insights to a variety of audiences, able to convey complexity in an easy-to-understand manner
Part of this role is to identify, source, collate and prepare data from multiple sources so that it can be used in analysis across the SHWACE functions. You will learn aspects of EKFB’s form digitalisation platform and assist with the delivery of the data team’s workload, in respect to this platform.
You will be expected to aid the management of SHWACE functions through provision of management information, that guides and improves team operations. Produce and report Key Performance Indicators and efficiently utilise data to minimise manual interjection.
You will be expected to support colleagues, through (but not limited to) the provision of knowledge of software application, on how best to set up and manage the digital application of other SHWACE requirements/processes.
You will also need to respond positively to changing business circumstances and varied requests for information from the Head of SH&W. Head of Assurance and Head of Environment to feed the business leadership. Alongside building and maintaining strong relationships with key business and external stakeholders.
