emagine are seeking an experienced Data Analyst within Financial Crime Prevention, for at client in the financial sector.
The client are seeking a Data Analyst to support data mapping and transformation initiatives. The role involves mapping contract data from the clients applications across Nordic countries. As a central part of the position you will collaborate with multiple development teams. The scope of work may also include inspecting, cleansing, and transforming data relevant to financial crime prevention.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of finance products and the finance industry.
- Proficiency in big data platforms, including Hadoop and Snowflake.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, Excel, Python, and PowerBI.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data mapping from finance applications to a canonical model.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Inspect, cleanse, and transform data for financial crime prevention initiatives.
