WE ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A DATA ANALYST - (FINTECH) (ALL GENDERS) TO JOIN THE FINTECH DATA TEAM ON OUR JOURNEY TO ALWAYS DELIVER AMAZING EXPERIENCES.

Our team creates innovative Wallet & Co-branded cards products across multiple markets, catering to the diverse needs of consumers, vendors, and riders on our platform. We design solutions that enhance our customers’ experiences, ensuring that our Wallet & Co-branded card portfolio provides value and support.

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE TEAM & POSITION:

• Work in a highly effective team responsible for the processing of financial transactions amounting to billions of euros
• Partner closely with Fintech Business and Product stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, set the roadmap for analytics work of various products offering lending solutions to our consumers, vendors and riders
• Partner with product managers and support decision-making by transforming data insights into actionable recommendations
• Explore and analyze high volumes of data in order to quantify and answer questions to improve the business performance. Monitor KPIs, identify user behavior patterns and actively take actions to improve Wallet & Co-branded card portfolio performance across multiple regions
• Collaborate with the central teams in Berlin, as well as with regional and local teams to run A/B tests, conduct experiments, and drive best analytics practices across the Globe
• Proactively bring new ideas and suggestions to the team and our internal clients to improve our Fintech set-up
  Qualifications

Relevant work experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or comparable functions within organizations focused on fintech

• Proficiency with SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau and Looker) to build intuitive and insightful data stories.
• Familiarity with mathematical and statistical data analysis techniques (such as statistical hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression, extrapolation, time-series analysis, forecasting)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement business strategy to data analysis and make recommendations to product and business stakeholders
• Good and versatile communication and presentation skills (technical vs business vs layman vs C-level)
