JOB SUMMARY

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying various methodologies to gather, measure, analyze, and report on our sustainability initiatives.

Now, if you were to come on board as a Data Analyst, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources across the organization
  • Cleanse and prepare data
  • Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in data sets
  • Work with Operations teams to turn patterns and trends into actionable improvements
  • Ensure ESG reporting is accurate and prepared on time
  • Preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Clearly communicate findings to Director, Consumer Data
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting systems
  • Work closely with the Sustainability Manager and Sustainability Director to ensure reporting is aligned with sustainability systems / programs in place
  • Help design, build, and automate reports/dashboards as required
  • Other duties / special projects as required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mind-set
  • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines
  • Strong business acumen & professionalism
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
