Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst II (Fraud) to join the Fintech Data Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Our team develops innovative fraud prevention solutions across multiple markets, adapting to the diverse needs of consumers, vendors, and riders on our platform. We design safeguards that strengthen the trust and security of our users, enhancing their experience by providing reliable protection against fraud. Our work ensures that our fraud prevention strategies not only mitigate risks but also support the overall integrity and value of our platform.

  • Work within a highly effective team responsible for the processing and assessing the risk of financial transactions amounting to billions of euros
  • Partner closely with Fintech Business and Product stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and set the roadmap for analytics work of various products within the Risk tribe
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to optimize our machine learning models models and rules
  • Analyze and explore high volumes of data to quantify business questions, improve performance, monitor KPIs, identify user behavior patterns, and enhance risk assessment of transactions across multiple regions
  • Collaborate with multiple central and local teams to run A/B tests, experiments, and drive innovative fraud prevention solutions
  • Proactively contribute new ideas and suggestions to the team and our internal clients to improve our Fintech set-up

Qualifications
-

Relevant work experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or comparable functions

  • Proficiency with SQL and creating data pipelines
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau and Looker) to build intuitive and insightful dashboards and data stories.
  • Familiarity with mathematical and statistical data analysis techniques (such as regression, extrapolation, time series analysis, forecasting, statistical hypothesis testing and econometric models)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement business strategy to data analysis and make recommendations to product and business stakeholders
  • Good and versatile communication and presentation skills (technical vs business vs layman vs C-level)
