JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Sciences, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Desirable: Certification/Training in Product Data Analytics.
  • Required: At least 5 years of experience working with Product Data and managing SKUs.
  • Preferred: Experience in Product Management, eCommerce, and Sales Data Management; understanding of Product Life Cycle Management and Change Control.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated experience in master data management within a manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to strictly understand and address the needs and priorities of collaborators.
  • Capable of partnering with the team to automate processes using technology and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully implement and manage New Product Introductions (NPIs), modifications, and discontinuations through stringent change control workflows.
  • Apply proven technical knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Find and engage with appropriate approvers for change orders, bringing up concerns when necessary.
  • Resolve complex product data issues using your expertise in data standards and processes.
