JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Sciences, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Desirable: Certification/Training in Product Data Analytics.
- Required: At least 5 years of experience working with Product Data and managing SKUs.
- Preferred: Experience in Product Management, eCommerce, and Sales Data Management; understanding of Product Life Cycle Management and Change Control.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Demonstrated experience in master data management within a manufacturing industry.
- Ability to strictly understand and address the needs and priorities of collaborators.
- Capable of partnering with the team to automate processes using technology and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Successfully implement and manage New Product Introductions (NPIs), modifications, and discontinuations through stringent change control workflows.
- Apply proven technical knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Find and engage with appropriate approvers for change orders, bringing up concerns when necessary.
- Resolve complex product data issues using your expertise in data standards and processes.
