SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as Google Data Studio and Tableau.
• Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Solid business acumen and logical reasoning.
• Experience in the crypto industry, digital wallets, financial trading, or digital payments is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to support the oversea teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to drive business success through data analysis and insights. You’ll be responsible for business data support and product optimization by analyzing user data, creating reports, and maintaining analytical tools. Collaborating with teams, you will play a key role in supporting business decision-making and helping enhance our data-driven strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Identify and develop data products to provide valuable data insights that drive product optimization and support business strategies.
• Analyze user behavior and lifecycle data to create detailed user profiles, gain insights and promptly propose marketing strategies to enhance user conversion and usage rates;
• Conduct demand analysis and design, implement, and maintain business data reports and user tags, providing essential decision support and business analysis;
• Maintain daily tools related to data analysis, such as tracking/report visualization platform/data warehouse, etc.
