Join our data team on a mission to elevate Juni’s data maturity, transforming it into an organization where comprehensive data is widely and easily utilized by all teams. We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic data team. As a Data Analyst, you will be working with a cross-functional team to identify key metrics, analyze and interpret data, create reports and dashboards, and provide valuable insights to enhance business performance and contribute to the overall data maturity of our organization.

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE

  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker Studio).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll:

  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain clear, informative reports and dashboards tailored to each business area. This includes building dashboards to track KPIs specific to each team (e.g., financial crime metrics, onboarding flow efficiency).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support to optimize processes and improve performance.
  • Communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
  • Actively participate in the management of data pipelines for different departments, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Proactively identify and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency across the business.
