JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Data/BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing, and transforming complex data into clear, impactful reports and visualisations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver insights that guide business strategies.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting techniques.
- Solid understanding of data modelling and database design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in an easily understandable format.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and actionable data.
- Prior experience in a business intelligence or analytics-focused role.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages.
- Prior experience with KPI development in a sales-driven environment
- Understanding of recruitment or talent management data such as ATS or CRM platforms
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence or machine learning techniques to enhance predictive analytics, automate processes, and generate deeper business insights.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
- Work closely with the Head of the Business Information Systems to understand their data requirements and deliver insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across various platforms.
- Support ad-hoc reporting needs and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to increase efficiency.
