JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Data/BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing, and transforming complex data into clear, impactful reports and visualisations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver insights that guide business strategies.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting techniques.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling and database design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in an easily understandable format.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and actionable data.
  • Prior experience in a business intelligence or analytics-focused role.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages.
  • Prior experience with KPI development in a sales-driven environment
  • Understanding of recruitment or talent management data such as ATS or CRM platforms
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence or machine learning techniques to enhance predictive analytics, automate processes, and generate deeper business insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Work closely with the Head of the Business Information Systems to understand their data requirements and deliver insights.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across various platforms.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting needs and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to increase efficiency.
