Description:

LJP Waste Solutions is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. Candidate must be enthusiastic about working directly with teams across locations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, IT, or similar discipline.
  • Proven track record of prior data management skills, including AI, and systems development.
  • Proven track record of using technological solutions to simplify business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic. Position will operate with direction but minimal oversight.
  • Strong desire to build relationships with key managers and team members.
  • Position can be remote based, but site visits will be necessary from time to time to build relationships, understand processes, assist with training for new systems and processes, and for occasional other projects that are best handled face to face.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate data integrity across locations including customer, operations, financial, and vendor data.
  • Improves current metrics reporting to simplify process and tie core data together.
  • Key member of ERP implementation on future power user of system.
  • Leads implementation of new systems for cash collections, payables, and maintenance.
  • Assists operations with data management for improved routing and plant data collection.
  • Coordinates with managers on metrics reporting.
  • Coordinates with executive team on additional special projects that arise.
