SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, big data, or business intelligence roles.
- Proven expertise in data mining, creating impactful data visualisations, dashboards, and reports.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Data Analytics or a similar discipline is a plus.
- Familiarity with one or few of Kibana, Elastic Search, Logstash, SQL, and scripting languages.
- Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience working cross-functionally to deliver data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in telecommunications is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a focus on customer relationships.
- Ability to multi-task, own projects, and work proactively.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A DATA ANALYST?
In this data analysis role, your expertise in big data and data analytics will help improve our services and provide high-value insights to customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Publishing weekly, high-quality data reports on service performance and data insights related to misuse prevention (e.g., SMiShing, spam) or revenue optimization (e.g., leakage prevention, revenue assurance).
- Engaging with customers to present analytical reports, collaborate on actionable insights, and understand their feedback on our service offerings.
- Collaborating within the company to manage and refine the process framework for the operation of OMN Protect Services, exploring opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Providing strategic feedback to Product Management based on your analysis of service delivery, helping shape future product roadmaps.
- Proactively managing customer SLAs, ensuring on-time delivery of reports, and mitigating escalations.
