Description:

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • High School Diploma or Associate degree in operations, Technical, Business or related field
  • Experience within 3 to 6 years of experiece in data management & supply chain or operations field..
  • Self-motivated, energetic, flexible, and adaptable to change
  • Ability to make sound and timely decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Adhere to the Master Data Incident IT support process and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Build relations and work alongside and collaborate with DBS.
  • Build strong working relationships with global / regional / local data teams and stakeholders, guiding them on data related issues and managing alignment to business standards and priorities.
  • Update of Master Data documentation in line with any business changes to the processes.
