Description:

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented data analyst to join our team at Pack’N’Pay, which is a leading player in the FMCG sector.
  • The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, optimize operations, and enhance product performance.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages like SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and statistical analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and organize data from various sources, including sales, marketing, and supply chain systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Support product development and marketing strategies through data-driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Present findings and insights to management and key stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and consumer preferences.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
