Responsibilities:
As a performance marketing analyst, your impact will be felt immediately across our Growth team, sending ripples of innovation and improvement through our entire customer experience. You will be reporting to the Insights & Analytics manager and you’ll be the go-to data expert supporting our acquisition strategy, delivering unparalleled data-driven value that resonates. Using your skills in visualisations, in-depth data analyses, statistical analyses, and problem-solving you’ll take the lead in transforming raw data, into actionable insights.
Here are just some of our data projects that you could be working on:
- Unearth our marketing channel data and provide insights on KPI performance by channel
- Conduct SEM channel journeys analysis to understand performance trends of PPC campaigns and make recommendations to improve user experience and spending efficiency (CPCs)
- Monitoring KPIs like CPA, ROAS, LTV to make suggestions on campaign improvements
- Develop custom attribution models to help understand performance measurement
- Build on our LTV model to help understand our paid search campaign profitability
- Expand our cohort analysis so we can direct specific funnel mechanics to customer groups
- Understand user landing behaviour and work on landing optimisation for each channel
