Working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, you will identify areas of improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and drive quality initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience as a Data Analyst or Quality Consultant, preferably in the field of quality assurance or a related area
• Strong expertise in data analysis and statistical techniques
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering) is preferred
• Professional certifications in data analysis or quality management are a plus

• Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data
• Develop and maintain data models to support quality analysis
• Create reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality processes and operations
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and data analysis
• Provide training and support to team members on data analysis techniques
