JOB SUMMARY
Hotspex Media Agency seeks an experienced Data Analyst specializing in web analytics reporting to join our innovative team. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 2 years of experience in digital analytics and reporting, particularly with GA4 and Adobe Analytics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our data-driven decision-making processes, spearheading the creation and maintenance of insightful reports that support our clients’ marketing strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital analytics and reporting, with proficiency in both GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing concepts, web analytics, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery for advanced data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with evolving analytics technologies and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive analytics reports using GA4 and Adobe Analytics to support various digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, performance indicators, and develop custom reporting solutions.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Design and implement automated reporting processes to streamline data collection and presentation across multiple analytics platforms.
- Perform regular audits of reporting methodologies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with evolving analytics best practices.
- Mentor junior team members on analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Present data insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients, translating complex analytics into actionable business strategies.
