Rival’s software Product team is seeking a Data Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing product performance metrics, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements, improve user experience, and maximize business impact. This role plays an important part in driving business decisions and creating competitive advantages for the organization.

Your contributions will include:

• Conducting in-depth analysis of product usage data, customer feedback and market trends, to identify patterns and opportunities and translate into actionable insights.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to product usage, adoption, and retention, and tracking the effectiveness of product features and initiatives over time.
• Pulling, consolidating, and analyzing data from various sources and translating into actionable insights and recommendations to inform product development roadmaps, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Creating reports and presentations that effectively visualize data findings.
• Collaborating with product managers and customer support teams to prioritize feature enhancements and product initiatives based on data-driven insights, customer needs, and business goals.
• Maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Keeping up with industry best practices and independently grow knowledge and skills.

• Ability to effectively use data analytics technology, tools, and software in role.

Required Experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience in data analytics; skilled in statistical analysis, data modeling and data visualization techniques.
• Bachelors’ degree in computer science or other technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of leading analytics initiatives and delivering actionable insights.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools and software including SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerPoint and Excel.
• HR/Talent Acquisition technology experience is a plus.
• Data analytics certifications are a plus.
