JOB DESCRIPTION

Skills4 Pharmacy is an experienced Pharmacy Apprenticeship Training Provider dedicated to initiating and furthering the careers of Pharmacy Assistants, Pharmacy Technicians, Science Manufacturing Process Operatives, Science Manufacturing Technicians and Team Leaders/Supervisors.
Since 2015, Skills4 Pharmacy has provided high-quality, in-depth and supportive training programmes to learners, carried out by an experienced and specialist learning and teaching team.

Title: Data Analyst
Reports to: Head of Compliance
Location: Hybrid (2 days in office)
Hours per week: 37.5
Annual salary: £28,500 -£32,000
Pay Band: 4
Contract: Permanent

EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). -essential
Experience in government funded education and training business- essential
Proficiency in SQL, Python or similar data querying- essential
Experience with CRM systems and data integration- desirable

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. Additionally, you will manage and guide the IT and Systems use to ensure systems and tools are optimised for data integration and operational efficiency.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Gather, process, and analyse data from various sources to produce actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
