As a Data Analyst Sr within PNC’s Enterprise Data Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, or Rocky Mount, NC. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
As a Data Analyst Sr, you will be part of a team specializing in the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act). In this role, you will assist to develop, adopt, and maintain strategies and processes to organize the intake and completion of consumer requests under relevant consumer privacy laws. You will also develop and write various job aids, policies, procedures, and communications related to the company’s privacy policies. You will need to cross-collaborate with key stakeholders in other departments, fostering business relationships to meet department goals and objectives. The position is also responsible for providing analysis, risk assessment, and management reporting.
Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking candidates who have experience compiling data within Tableau. CCPA / privacy experience also preferred.

Job Description
Manages and develops information systems for clients; conducts data information analysis for a variety of studies under the direction of organizational standards.
Advises end-users on data manipulation, end-user support systems and statistical analysis.
Selects new information sources and acquires stock. Catalogs and indexes new materials.
Implements and supports technologies for managing and effectively utilizing multiple information sources, formats and uses.
Researches customers needs, conducts awareness and promotional sessions for potential customers.
